About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our healthcare clients while overseeing their marketing campaigns and ensuring exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- •Create and manage a portfolio of client accounts, monitoring ongoing activities
- •Manage, review progress, and deliver client advertisement projects on time
- •Conduct regular meetings with clients and inform them about project status
- •Establish relationships with new clients and nurture existing business relationships
- •Identify accounts with shrinking revenue and address 'at risk' customers proactively
- •Monitor work performance of team members and set sales targets
- •Recruit and train new account executives
- •Ensure client satisfaction and retention through strategic account planning
Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in account management or client services
- •Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts successfully
- •Strong communication and presentation skills
- •Experience in healthcare marketing or digital marketing preferred
- •Ability to identify growth opportunities and upsell services
- •Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- •Proficiency in CRM systems and project management tools
- •Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
