About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and optimize automated marketing workflows for healthcare clients. You'll create sophisticated campaigns that nurture leads and increase patient conversions.
Responsibilities
- •Build and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- •Create automated lead nurture sequences for different patient journeys
- •Set up and manage CRM integrations and data flows
- •Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies
- •Create SMS and email automation for appointment reminders and follow-ups
- •Build automated reporting and dashboards for clients
- •Optimize automation workflows based on performance data
- •Implement tracking pixels and conversion tracking across platforms
- •Create forms, landing pages, and lead capture mechanisms
- •Train clients on marketing automation best practices
- •Ensure HIPAA compliance in all automated communications
Requirements
- •2+ years of marketing automation experience
- •Proficiency in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or similar platforms
- •Understanding of CRM systems and data management
- •Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- •Knowledge of HTML/CSS for template customization
- •Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- •Experience with lead scoring and segmentation strategies
- •Understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle marketing
- •Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
- •Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- •Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy
