Sales Specialist (Outbound)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to drive new business growth for Revita Digital. You'll identify and reach out to healthcare practices, present our marketing solutions, and close deals to help grow their patient base.

Responsibilities

• •Conduct outbound prospecting to healthcare practices via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• •Research and identify potential clients in target healthcare industries
• •Present Revita Digital's marketing services and value proposition
• •Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
• •Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM
• •Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
• •Negotiate contracts and close deals with healthcare practices
• •Collaborate with account management team for smooth client handoffs
• •Stay informed about healthcare marketing trends and competitor offerings
• •Attend industry events and networking opportunities (virtual/in-person)
• •Provide market feedback to leadership on client needs and opportunities

Requirements

• •2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or healthcare
• •Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• •Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• •Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
• •Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• •Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• •Ability to understand and articulate technical marketing concepts
• •Resilient mindset and comfortable with rejection
• •Hunter mentality with a passion for new business development
• •Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus
