About the Role
Join our team as a Website Designer to create beautiful, high-converting websites for healthcare practices. You'll design custom WordPress sites that deliver exceptional user experiences and drive patient conversions.
Responsibilities
- •Design and develop custom WordPress websites for healthcare clients
- •Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools
- •Ensure responsive design across all devices and browsers
- •Collaborate with copywriters and developers to implement designs
- •Optimize websites for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- •Implement SEO best practices in design and development
- •Maintain brand consistency across all design elements
- •Create landing pages for paid advertising campaigns
- •Conduct website audits and recommend improvements
- •Stay current on web design trends and healthcare website best practices
- •Ensure HIPAA compliance and ADA accessibility standards
Requirements
- •3+ years of web design experience
- •Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare or professional services websites
- •Expert proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, or similar page builders
- •Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- •Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- •Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and conversion optimization
- •Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach
- •Understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
- •Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics
- •Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts
